Note : Each individual room has its own theme and therefore has certain room rules and guidelines that are posted on the entry doors. It is your responsibility to read over the room rules before entering and abide by the Law of the Room' or suffer the consequences. Chatresort .com does have some general rules applicable to all rooms that need to be followed. Please read rules below before entering any rooms. This will make your chat and others experience more enjoyable 

    Must Be 18 Years of Age or OlderNO Public personal information is to be posted within the rooms or message boards (real names, phone numbers, address, IP#'s, etc) other than your own) 

    NO Child pornography may be posted (If caught posting said offender will be immediately removed from the room and banned from the site) Authorities will be notified

    NO Bestiality images may be posted (If caught posting you will be removed from the room immediately and banned from the site)

    NO Harassing of others especially the staff No threats against another chatters or Moderator shall be permitted nor tolerated

     NO underage nickname's such as Debbie (F/15) will be allowed the user will be immediately ask to change or leave

    NO names that are or raceual or offensive nature will be allowed the user will be immediately ask to change or leave

     NO Java, Javascripts,VBscripts or Spamming/Flooding the rooms with html codes eg: page white out/snow storms, nonsense posts or pictures or any other annoyance 

    NO Impersonating/Ghosting any staff members or chatters. (You will receive 1 warning then will be booted. Anytime after that auto boot) 

    Avatars can be no bigger than 350 in height. Each room may have their own limit so be sure to read over each room's rules. No matter what though the limit of the site itself is at 350 

    Use of the message boards is free, but we reserve the right to removal of any offensive, insulting or posts with personal information other then your own . 

    Observers must follow the rules of each room; you will see a list of rules on each entrance page  Repeated offenses may result in permanent banning from the site. By entering the rooms you agree to follow these rules and accept the consequences for breaking them.

    You will receive a maximum of 3 warnings, breaking the rules after the 3rd warning you will be removed from the room. 2nd offense of breaking the rules we will ban you from the room permanently. 

    Avatars used should be appropriate for the room you are chatting in As much as we want to be advertised, we do NOT like for our members to go to other sites and advertise Chatresort .com

    If you are caught doing so and are a member you risk losing your membership (Advertising our site through email to your friends or ICQ,MSN, AIM, Yahoo or any other messanger is allowed.)
